About this bottle
This is the second release in a limited six-chapter collectible series launched for the first time in Australia, paying tribute to Jack Daniel's unique production process. Chapter 2 celebrates the creation of charcoal from five-foot-high stacks of hard sugar maple that are doused in unaged whiskey and set ablaze for the distillery's mellowing process. Bottled at full proof directly from single barrels as a natural, unfiltered expression with bold flavor and smooth finish, this release was bottled on 10 March 2020 at 64.5% ABV and comes with an individually numbered bespoke sleeve. Originally an exclusive release for the Old Barrelhouse.
