Distilled at the St.George's distillery in 2007 using their lightly peated spirit, then matured for 11 years in a 250 litre first fill Pinot Noir cask before being bottled by Harvey Nichols in 2019. This yielded a total of 280 bottles at 51% ABV.

St. George's Distillery, also known as The English Distillery, is located in Roudham, near the town of Thetford in Norfolk, England. It holds the distinction of being the first dedicated distillery for single malt whisky in England since the closure of the last English whisky distillery over a century ago, with production beginning in 2006. Founded by James and Andrew Nelstrop, the distillery aimed to revive England's whisky heritage in a region not traditionally associated with whisky production.
