About this bottle
This lot contains a Blend from Dewar's which has been aged for 30 years using their master blender Stephanie MacLeod's technique of double, double aging. For this process, malt whiskies are blended and returned to the cask to rest, and the same with grain whiskies. Then the Malt and Grain whiskies are blended before being returned to rest, then finally there is a finishing period in an Pedro Ximenez sherry cask.
