Bimber The Spirit of the Underground

This exceptional Bimber, London single malt, single cask whisky release is drawn from an Ex-Port cask and celebrates London Bridge tube station. Cask No.35 was bottled in late 2021 and produced only 305 individually numbered, full-sized bottles, at a cask strength of 58.7%. The Spirit of the Underground Series celebrates one of the great engineering projects of the past 200 years. A subterranean labyrinth steeped in history that empowers the true lifeblood of London - its people. London Bridge was opened on 14th December 1836 making it one of the oldest railway stations in the world.  The Northern line platforms at the station opened in 1900, with the jubilee following 99 years later.  Offering amazing views of the city from The Shard, nautical history on the Golden Hinde, and artisan food from Borough Market, the station is the only one on the Underground network with 'London' in its name.
